Your Hands

A lovely friend sent me a link to this video recently, describing it as her prayer for me. It is a profoundly reassuring song, placing my hope directly in the only place I've found to be sure.

For your healing and relief of pain, for clear guidance with regard to future treatment, for comfort for Ben and Sam and Jude in their absence, in gratitude that you have caregivers who can take over and do what needs doing, for your parents who must feel very far away, for Pat who is sharing this time with you, for sweet Owen that he may feel secure, and mostly for His peace for all of you.
